Replacement
Warranty
If Plasti-kote’s Super Enamel does crack, chip or
peel, Master Distributor Paints will, at no charge, provide new paint
sufficient to recoat the affected areas.
This 10 Year
Warranty does not extend to cases whereby:
1.
The label instructions are deemed to have not been
correctly followed.
2.
The paint has broken down due to the effects of a
previous coating.
3.
The painted surface was not appropriate for the
Plasti-kote Paint.
4.
The painted surface was not pre-prepared
correctly.
Implied Warranty
All rights, warranties, conditions and remedies
implied by legislation that are able to be excluded are excluded. However,
nothing in this clause or the Plasti-kote Warranty (as stated above) excludes,
restricts or modifies any condition, warranty, right or remedy which is
conferred on You by the Trade Practices Act 1974 or other relevant consumer
legislations which is not lawfully able to be excluded, restricted or modified.
Conditions of
Warranty Claim
You must always provide your sales receipt or
other documentation establishing proof of purchase.
